Precast hollow slab bridge is the most commonly used bridge type of small and medium span Bridges, transverse mainly through the concrete hinge joints in hinged connection,With traffic growth, hinge joints in hinged between hollow slab is easily to be damaged, forming "solvating status", reduces the hollow slab bridge bridge overall performance,safety and smooth operation.While use some structural measures in the design work to improve the lateral connection reliability,for example,increase size and configuration in the hinge joints hinge joints in hinged structure steel, etc.,as a bridge lateral force component of the hinge joints in hinged nature has not changed, its damage phenomenon still haven’t been solved effectively. Therefore, exploring the reasonable and effective new type transverse connection form of precast hollow slab, improving the level of the transverse connection and reduce or avoid longitudinal cracks in the location of the hinge joints in hinged, has a positive social significance and needs.This article introduces 5 kinds of the transverse connection between precast hollow slab structures,including the hinge joints in hinged bracket, mortise and tenon joint, hinge joints plus protrusion, double steel slice to strengthen the bridge deck pavement and steel structure processing hinge joints in hinged word, using finite element software Midas/FEA,respectively establishing right bridge and oblique bridge space finite element models of Fabricated Hollow Slab Bridge of different connections. Using numerical simulation method studies the precast hollow slab with these 5 types of transverse connection structure of lateral connection effect and the integrity of the bridges,to provide theoretical guidance for their application.The main research contents and conclusion are as follows:1. Describe the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of the structure of the 5 kinds of transverse connection forms, gives their general structure form and construction method.2. Establish connection with 5 kinds of hinge joints in hinged and traditional transverse connection structure scheme of the precast hollow slab right bridge and skew bridge space finite element calculation model, comparative analysis using different connection schemes influence line of transverse distribution of the load of the bridge,quantitative evaluate the various kinds of connection of precast hollow slab bridge transverse entirety,concluded that:(1) the lateral connections of various transverse load distribution on the same trend line, the curve tends to overlap, a description of each connection are able to achieve the role of connecting the lateral hollow plate;mortise and tenon joint connection is relatively poor,while the effect of double-layer steel mesh connected pavement joints and hinges transverse beam connection are best; due to the bracket, mortise and tenon joint saves hinged joints, thus there will not be a common disease of articulated joints.(2) under the vehicle partial load, the transverse entirety of bracket and the hinge joints and stare blankly are relatively poor,the connecting way of double steel fabric with hinge joints and beams,mortise and tenon joint lateral integrity are relatively well.(3) Comparison of the skew angle was 15°, 30°, 45°, lateral load distribution on cable concluded: each connection load distribution influence line have the same change trend, show that in the condition of inclined bridge, all kinds of connection mode has good lateral connectivity; the effect of the relatively poor connection tenon connection with the I-beam mode; double steel mesh pavement joints and hinges connecting beam plus the best way to connect; with the increasing of skew Angle, the change of all kinds of connection mode of load transverse distribution effect is not large, connection level decreased slightly. The obtained results can be used for the new bridge design and old bridge reconstruction project of fabricated hollow slab bridge and provide practical guidance and reference.3. According to connectivity, the advantages and disadvantages of construction of 5 kinds of lateral connection, comparise and analysis the connection of the hinge joints in hinged and traditional commonly used prefabricated hollow slab bridge about the durability, construction convenience and economy, this paper discussed its applicability and application prospect, the general advice is given:(1) Bracket connection has the advantage of the lateral force clear, but it also exists the shortage of the direction of load transferring oneness, propose to bracket arrangement in the direction from right to left, to strengthen the transverse connection of the surfacing layer, to overcome the lack of bracket connection on structure.(2) tenon connections to transfer loads of unity becomes a two-way direction, increasing the reliability of the transmission load, but there are also many kinds of hollow, assembly construction difficulties, hollow construction requirements for high defect, adapt Medium Span Ferro-concrete hollow slab bridge.(3) By increasing convex stare blankly with groove structure, hinge joints and stare blankly connection have the effect of the shear key, added to resist shear effect, can be applied to all new design hinged precast hollow slab bridge.(4) Double steel fabric piece of pavement layer transverse connection has the best effect, the most widely applicability, but there is a constant increase in dead load.(5) hinge joints and transverse connection of i-steel structure increased the lateral connectivity of each hollow slab bridge, the transverse connection reliability and use durability, suitable for prefabricated hollow the connection structure of the hinge joints in hinged slab bridge.
