| As a core component of Fusion Reactor, vacuum chamber faces a lot of electromagnetic environment in the experimental process. Every electromagnetic environment can bring different electromagnetic load in the vacuum chamber. As a common typical working situation in the vacuum chamber, when plasma bursting occurs, the current in the plasma will attenuate according to a curve. At the meantime, The electromagnetic environment of vacuum chamber will change, after that the eddy current will be produced on the wall of vacuum chamber, the vacuum chamber will have electromagnetic load because of eddy current, and the electromagnetic load influent the structure of vacuum chamber.The paper based on the ANSYS finite element software simulates the eddy current caused by the plasma bursting situation in the vacuum chamber and calculates the electromagnetic force in vacuum chamber, and then upload the electromagnetic load to vacuum chamber and do structure analysis. The main content as below:1. Elaborated on the fusion of the vacuum chamber structure, and expounds the analysis of related theory of electromagnetism and structure, provides the physical and theoretical basis for this paper.2.Creating specific analysis model which are electromagnetic and structural analysis model in ANSYS simulation software.3.Using ANSYS software do a detailed simulation for the way to calculate electromagnetic in the situation of plasma bursting, and get eddy current distribution characteristic, heat load and electromagnetic distribution characteristics on fusion reactor vacuum chamber, and state the calculate result.4.Collecting the electromagnetic load distribution from then vacuum chamber and upload the load to the analysis of structure, then based on the analysis of structure of fusion reactor vacuum chamber from ANSYS software again to get stress and displacement, then state the structure analysis result. |
