With the characters of compact structure,transmission ratio accurate,high efficiency,gear box system is widely used in all kinds of industrial equipment.Complex gearbox system structure include meshing gears,shaft,bearing,box component,and its dynamic characteristics is influenced by many nonlinear factors,these factors would produce the strong nonlinear vibration which will effect equipment dynamic performance,and vibration noise lead to system instability.The vibration also may lead to increased wear or fatigue,or even the actual trajectory deviation,affect the safety and life of the service, cause gear component failure or other serious consequences,at the same time,the vibration and noise will affect the normal life of the people.With the development of modern industry continue to high speed,light weight,low energy consumption direction,the power transmission of gear box system is increasing,the problems of vibration and noise are more and more obvious.So the gear box’s movement stability study and vibration control has become one of the hot issues in the current study.On the basis of previous work,this paper applying the vibration energy transfer theory established the gearbox system model and simulated it.First of all, this paper applied the substructure synthesis method established the dynamics equation of nonlinear coupled system of gear box.The lateral torsional coupling vibration model of gear couple,the bending and torsional vibration model of elastic shaft,the transverse vibration model of elastic gear box plate are established according to the principle of dynamics,the sub structure vibration models are set up by the bearing multidimensional stiffness matrix and the force deformation relationship of sub-structure,so as to obtain the dynamic model of gear coupling system.Secondly,this paper discussed the method for solving the nonlinear dynamics model of gear box system.This paper using the mode superposition method discrete the vibration equation,then calculation method of the dissipated energy of gear meshing point, the energy transferred from the driving shaft to the box and the energy transferred from the driven shaft to the box is given,the state space equation of the system is got according to connect the vibration equation and the vibration energy transfer equation,applying Matlab software programming to the state equation of the system.Finally,on the basis of the above work,the gear box system with symmetrical structure was analyzed by numerical simulation.Phase diagram and poincare map is used to analyze the movement characteristics of the system,the transfer characteristics of system vibration energy and its influence factors are analyzed, revealing the effect of external excitation,bearing stiffness and other factors on the vibration characteristics of the system.
