Small Natural Gas Generator Set Control System D & R

Facing the current worldwide energy crisis and the increasingly serious environmental problem, the demand for energy is increasing. Natural gas as a kind of efficient, safe, rich reserves of clean energy has entered people’s field of vision. The use of natural gas for power generation to promote the development of the society is of great importance. Therefore, the study of natural gas generating unit has an important economic significance and social benefits.Regarding small fuel gas generator engine unit as the object of the research, according to the current domestic small gas generator set control separation phenomenon of in the process of ignition control module and speed regulating module separation phenomenon, i make a deep study on their running characters and design a small fuel gas generator engine electronic control system including engine ignition control module and speed regulating module.In the end, according to the overall design, I formulate the corresponding control strategies and completed the design of hardware and software of the control system development and debugging test.The paper Chooses Infineon Company produced XE164FN single-chip microcomputer as main control chip of the control system. According to the different design of sensors and actuators in the system, I design the hardware unit which includes the pulse signal processing circuit, analog signal acquisition circuit, digital processing circuit, the ignition control circuit, drive circuit, throttle and CAN communication circuit and power conversion circuit. Due to the engine work environment is very bad, in order to guarantee the reliability of the system in the normal work, the anti-interference measures were taken to the system.Software system is mainly composed of upper machine and lower machine. Through the upper machine can carry on the calibration of the control parameters in a machine, we can monitoring and display the state of generator set. Meanwhile upper machine can collect and process by PCI card for generator speed signal acquisition. According to the function, it can be divided into four major functions different startup condition judgment function, CAM phase judgment function, speed adjusting function and the ignition control function. Using Speed regulation for the outer ring and throttle position control for double closed-loop control structure of the inner ring and the incremental PID as the control algorithm of this paper.,Finally, this paper use signal simulator and potentiometer device analog sensor signal and process simulation verification test for the development of electronic control system debugging. Using natural gas engine generating set modified by 490 diesel engine tests on control system of the gas generator set control strategy and the performance of the controller and the results show that the designed control system can achieve the desired design requirements.
