Xiashan reservoir is the largest Reservoir engineering in Shandong province the, the original design is mainly used for agricultural irrigation, in order to meet the demand of water reservoir has occupied the city, part of the original belongs to the agricultural irrigation and ecological water, therefore, need through Reservoir extension, improve the level of rainfall and flood resource utilization to supply,at the same time, to meet the city water,the agricultural irrigation and ecological water.
