However, when the high speed bring convenience and the production efficiency for mankind, the traffic accident rate has been increasing more than before. Compared to the low speed driving, the high speed vehicle is more sensitive to environmental impact factors of reaction.As one of the environmental factors, cross wind always giving the vehicle sudden impact which lead to traffic accidents that driver is often too late to reaction on, because of the characteristics of randomness and unpredictability and invisibility.With the rising speed, the vehicle which under the influence of cross wind will be even more significant. Therefore, it’s necessary to adjust the speed limiting of highway which under crosswind environment.In this paper the research object is Yuping highway which connect town of Yuxi and pingtan.focusing on the safe speed when car travel on Yuping highway with crosswind influence.
