Along with the rapid development of today’s society,multi-storey buildings are gradually replaced by high-rise buildings.Reinforced concrete frame structure with infill walls is increasingly used in new high-rise buildings because of its convenient space for separation, and there are more experts have made a further study of this structure form.Because the work mechanism between the frame structure and the infill wall is especially complex,so we only take the effect of the structure’s cycle and stiffness of the infill wall, ignoring the bearing capacity of stucture. When the earthquake struck, the structures appeared a lot of “strong beam weak column”,which means that the simplified processing method which ignoring the synergy of infill wall and frame structure of is not always to be safe. Based on the above situation, the research of the structure’s seismic performance to the synergy of infill walls and frame strcture has a certain practical significance. In this article, different models are established with SAP2000 and the main is to compare the periodic change of the different models and discusses the reduction law of the cycle. And get the following conclusion:when the filler wall in vertical uniform arrangement, with the increase of number of the filler wall, the natural vibration period of the structure becomes smaller, the ground floor weak layer’s impact on natural vibration period is the largest. If the filler wall is evenly lays along the floor plane, the impact produced by the number of infill wall’s increase or decrease is limited; If infill walls’ layout along the X and Y directions within the floor plan layout is not uniform, the structure is easy to cause torsional vibration. Then using response spectrum method analysis compared the vertical layout of different quantity and different arrangement model of shear displacement between layers and each layer column to explore the influence of the stiffness and deformation of reinforced concrete frame structure that the infill walls has different amount and arrangement in vertical. Came to the conclusion:The addition of the filler wall increases the lateral stiffness of the structure to reduce the deformation of the frame structure in the earthquake. The infill walls also share the shear force of the structure under the earthquake and reduce the shear force which impact on the frame at the same time.
