To solve practical engineering problems, this paper mainly in the practical engineering of soil layer anchor rod end surface cracks as the research object, using the finite element software simulation, comparative analysis, case study method, the end produce the causes of cracks on the surface of anchor bolt and the first layer of anchor parameters on the effect of surface crack characteristics were studied. Through anchor rod failure analysis and checking calculation of foundation pit engineering, summarizes the circular slider points and Kranz trial conditions and using Kranz method in soft soil area, the necessity of checking the overall stability.This paper on the previous research results on the basis of indoor model test analysis,it is concluded that the causes of cracks on the soil layer anchor end surface and the first layer anchor has important effects on the surface of foundation pit.For the study of the first layer,the influence of anchor supporting of foundation pit excavation in this paper,the tensile anchor modeling analysis and simulation results show that in the first layer of anchor rod anchor proximal obvious stress concentration effect has important influence on the cracking of the surface of the earth.For further study of the first layer of the surface crack anchor role in macro,by adjusting the first bolt of applying prestress and the length of anchorage segment,the simulation analysis respectively,the prestressing is obtained and the stress of the anchorage length of bolt anchorage segment,the deformation and the stress of the surrounding soils produce very important role.According to subject cracking phenomenon,and puts forward the control the first bolt spacing and location,avoid to produce "group anchor effect" also is the main reason that control the cracks appear.Through theoretical analysis combined with example analysis of accident, it is concluded that circular slider points method and Kranz method calculating the overall stability of the difference between both and trial conditions, and puts forward with Kranz stability checking calculation method in soft soil than circular slider points method.
