In May 2009, on the meeting of the "2009 International Conference UHV transmission technology held in Beijing, State Grid released the "strong smart grid" development strategy, the comprehensive construction of UHV power grid as the backbone, the coordinated development of power at all levels the strong grid-based, information technology, automation, interactive features into innovation, the world’s leading strong smart grid.HVDC is currently the trend of the development of the Power system, Construction of uhv ac/dc power grid is an important content of strong smart grid Promote the construction of strong smart grid has the very vital significance. Uhv dc transmission network frame structure of the smart grid has a strong and powerful throughput, ensure reliable power supply, promote strong smart grid, the implementation of the "strong" connotation. On the other hand, improve the ability in Power grid access for clean energy, promote strong smart grid, the implementation of the "green" connotation. But wind power and photovoltaic power generation as a way different from the conventional power has obvious volatility, random and intermittent, in order to meet the load demand and ensure reliability of power supply grid, need to study the effect of dc operation mode of wind power, analysis of ac/dc interconnected mode of ShanDong power grid wind power and its stability. Based on the comparative analysis of the regional power grid maximum wind power network frame strength and reactive power support has a great influence on wind power substation. In ac/dc interconnection mode enhances the stability of power grid operation provides a theoretical basis for the shandong power grid wind power development planning is of great significance in the future.
