A large number of fossil fuels energy is being consumed as domestic demand for electricity, so the inexhaustible renewable energy is gaining more and more attention. Micro-grid can solve the scenery distributed generation technologies. The impact on the grid can improve the stability and security of supply, but also has broad application prospects. Wind and solar power generation has two kinds of operation mode that is grid-connected operation and independent operation. The smooth switching between two modes is needed to ensure the continuity of the load power supply and improve the quality of power supply.For this effect, this paper based on micro-grid composed of wind and solar power generation as the research object, the micro-grid seamless switching control strategies were studied. The main contents are as follows:Firstly, the structure and components of wind and solar power generation were introduced, this paper analyzes the characteristics of photovoltaic cells and wind power turbines, the principles of energy storage battery charge and discharge were analyzed, and then constructing the model of each component on this basis.Secondly, this paper puts forward method of operation in each mode based on the structure and characteristics of. Under the grid-connected mode, micro-grid will adopt PQ control based on single-phase decoupling. Frequency and phase of micro-grid system is provided by the grid. Under independent mode, micro-grid uses V/f control method droop, by controlling the energy storage device of the inverter output voltage and frequency, providing frequency and phase for scenery power generation unit. In this paper, an adaptive fuzzy PID control method has been introduced in order to control the each mode micro-grid systems effectively.Then, the current amplitude and frequency are extracted by the zero-phase-locked loop and power compensation, the inverter output current and grid current that need to be equality are adjusted, the circuit breaker start on to perform the grid-connected operation. When power failure is detected, the circuit breaker start off the link between micro-grid and independent operation mode to perform the independent operation, and the implementation of the mediation storage inverter output voltage frequency and phase, as other micro-grid power generation unit providing a reference voltage frequency and phaseFinally, a simulation model of wind and solar power generation in a dual-mode switch seamless under the MATLAB/Simulink is built. In this paper the wind and solar power generation proposed a seamless switching control strategy is feasible and effective after the analysis of simulation results, which can improve the reliability of the stability of power to the load.
