Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer Composite (CFRP) can maintain and reinforce existing structures which reduces the resource consumption and improves the availability of resources. Therefore,CFPR can protect environments effectively.Since CFPR has the properties of light-weight, high-strength, corrosion resistant, and radiation resistant, it will be further applied to various structures with the development of manufacturing technique and decrease of cost.At present, experimental researches about CFRP are mainly on testing static performance and fatigue behavior of reinforced beam. There are less experimental researches about its dynamic performance Because of the complexity of the dynamic experimental conditions, the higher equipment demand, the more funding. In contrast, many numerical simulation results help a lot to analyze the influence of outside CFRP on the dynamic performance of concrete structures. The dynamic properties of CFRP reinforced concrete floor slabs are identified through numerical study via software ANSYS in this paper. The dynamic performance of the concrete slab before and after reinforcement with different layers of CFRP is compared by calculating the dynamic parameters with a separate finite element model. The numerical results indicate that the cracks of the concrete slab have been obviously ameliorated, and the stiffness of the concrete slab has been improved, leading to smaller deflection than slab without CFRP.With the reinforcement of CFRP,the peak value of the dynamic stresses, the velocities and accelerations of the slab are decreased. The overall dynamic responses are reduced with the increasing layer of CFRP.
