With the new national accelerating urbanization, urban traffic congestion is becoming increasingly apparent, must rely on rail transportation to solve this problem. The modern tramcar is reliable, comfortable, high energy utilization rate, the characteristics of ecological environment friendly etc., multiple cities rebuilt or new modern tramcar line. Auxiliary power supply system is an important part of modern trams for air conditioning units, ventilation equipment, air compressors, control systems, electric heater, passenger compartment lighting load to provide power. If the system is not stable and reliable operation, the normal operation of the vehicle will be affected greatly. This paper proposes a parallel scheme of auxiliary converter design, functional redundancy, and perfect protection strategy. Not only increased the total capacity of auxiliary power supply system, but also improve the operation stability.This paper studies the advantages and disadvantages of several existing parallel auxiliary converter control mode, using the wireless parallel control method, based on stable and reliable control system auxiliary parallel DSP control used in modern trams. Auxiliary converter control algorithm is based on the voltage outer loop, current loop transient control, analysis of the mathematical model of two-phase synchronous rotating coordinate system, and thus build a system voltage and current controller. In order to improve the dynamic response characteristics and immunity system, the voltage outer loop to regulate the output voltage fast track the reference voltage, current loop to adjust the load current fast track reference current, dual-loop control are used PI regulation. Completed the design of main circuit design and digital control system. Finally, build a parallel system auxiliary converters were tested to verify, validate the feasibility of the control method.
