The Control System Of Multi-Frequency Vibration Sputum Elimination Machine

In recent years, with advances in the development of society and the medical technology, the patients are increasingly concerned about the stability and reliability of sputum elimination therapy, as an automatic medical equipment, the vibration sputum elimination machine is widely used in clinical practice applications. However, the current level of development of the market sputum elimination machine is not high, the main disadvantages are as follows:the function is too simple, the operation is inconvenient and the system accuracy is not high. In order to meet higher requirements of the market, this paper mainly plans to design a control system,which has powerful function, high stability and reliability, and has friendly human-machine interface.This system used the ATmega328 microcontroller as the core controller, which is responsible for data collection sensors, motor drive control and data processing and other core tasks. The system can control the motor speed through variable duty cycle PWM wave. The system uses two high current half-bridge chip BTS7970 to build a full-bridge driver circuit. In order to strengthen the anti-interference ability of the system and eliminate motor circuit core control system from interference, this paper designs an optical isolation circuit that the core is 6N137 chip. The speed acquisition circuit is designed by the MOC70T2 chip, which is a photo-electric sensors. Through a certain algorithm, the actual motor speed is feedback to the microcontroller by the speed acquisition circuit, which builds a closed loop control system to adjust the motor speed. The paper uses the high-precision linear ACS712 current sensor chip to design the system detection module, which can make the system safer and more stable. The display module is designed by CH19264B LCD screen, which has many advantages, such as Chinese font support displaying Chinese and English characters and graphics. Software system is compiled by C language, which is easy to read, high degree of modularity and is easy to carry out post-expansion and maintenance.After repeatedly debugging verification, This multi-frequency vibration sputum elimination control system has achieved all functional requirements and design goals that the enterprise required, it has the advantages of easy to operate, good human-machine interface, strong anti-interference ability, high stability and reliability. The system has achieved the desired effect and has good social and broad market prospects.
