The climate of hot and humid regions is hot and rainy, the application of porous and drainage asphalt technology has broad prospects. In this paper, focusing on the design of modified bitumen’s pavement performance and materials of porous and permeaber asphalt pvement to carry out research. Including the design of porous and drainage asphalt mixture,the pavement performance of porous and drainage asphalt mixture,the properties of high viscosity modified asphalt mortar,the characteristics high viscosity modified asphalt performance,the construction porous and drainage asphalt mixture and Technical indicators research,etc.Form the following research conclusions and achievements by research.Porosity and 2.36mm sieve through rate showed a good positive correlation, as 2.36mm sieve passing rate increased, the porosity decreased. In case of the porosity is determined, asphalt (asphalt technical indicators) and Whetstone ratio are the most sensitive two factors of porous asphalt mixture design.Continuous porosity will increase as the total porosity mix increases, there is a linear relationship between them. The variety and content of asphalt mixture have no significant influence on porosity. Greater the porosity, more significant the stone structure, while the structural strength of mixes decreased and rigidity enhanced.The seepage coefficient of different porosity of porous asphalt mixture are more than 900ml/15s requirement, permeability coefficient and porosity have obvious correlation. Porosity (%) was approximately 100 times about the permeability coefficient (ml/15s).Porosity increases, the depth of the porous asphalt structure is larger, The use of high viscosity asphalt to some extent reduced the depth of the structure. Porous state, the structural depth can reach to 130-240 (0.01 mm),2% of mixture porosity change will result in 40 (0.01mm) structural depth change.The implementation of drainage asphalt mixture performance mainly depends on gradation design,but the bigger the porosity is,the worse the mechanical property of mixture framework is. To achieve the performance of porous drain mixture, insure durability mainly depends on asphalt.The key indicators of asphalt is high viscosity and it ensure the skeleton structure, shatter proof, high temperature stability, water stability. Preparation of highly viscous modified asphalt,Often lead to low-temperature indicators tenacity or softness decline,and lead to 135 ℃ construction viscosity too sticky How to ensure highly viscous modified asphalt have better low-temperature indicators, toughness,135 ℃ workability and anti-aging properties, is the key to the development and selection of high-performance highly viscous modified asphalt.The main properties of asphalt mastic is decided by the the nature of asphalt, slag makes asphalt more thick. And it can’t improve the performance of asphalt under high temperature, but it makes the performance of asphalt under low temperature dropped significantly. So control the low-tempirature indicator is very important for choosing and development asphalt.Based on the above, and according to the related normalize china and abroad, gives the technical index of humid area of porous asphalt and asphalt mixture is presented in this paper.
