Electric carsdriven by multi-wheel independently have a greater advantage to mitigate environmental and energy issues and improve vehicle performance. When cornering or uneven road, it needs the use of electronically controlled manner to control each wheel driving torque assignment in order to ensure the stable operation of the vehicled, because of it canceles mechanical differentials. This paper analyses and research two independently driven electric vehicle drive control system.This paper aiming at two independent drive electric cars, based on the construction of seven degrees of freedom in vehicle dynamics model and brushless DC motor the mathematical model, analysis vehicle drive control systems including the drive torque distribution control and torque output control. Drive torque distribution control subsystem regard vehicle stability as control target, the yaw rate and sideslip angle is the control target parameter, the actual value of the expected value of the error is a control variable, control output yaw moment required by car, combined with electronic accelerator pedal input torque expectations, wheel drive torque is allocated. Torque control subsystem regard the brushless DC motor as a control object, stable output torque is control target, torque is control variables, in the stator coordinate system observe stator flux and torque online,according to its error of expected value, selector different inverter circuit switch signal, control the angle of stator flux and rotor flux and to maintain flux amplitude approximately constant, thereby maintaining a constant of electromagnetic torque. Based of theoretical study, and in MATLAB/Simulink environment, combine with Fuzzy Control Toolbox, simulation models of two subsystems were built and analyzes its output waveform, and analyzes its output waveform, to verify the effectiveness of the control system.Research on two-wheel independent drive electric vehicle control system is of great significance to improve the car’s steering stability.
