A subway interchange station of Shanghai rail transit at a crossroads, the excavation of foundation is deep, the structure of station is complex, which belongs to soft soil rheology geological stratums, accompanied by the characteristics of the quicksand water; At the same time, the underground pipeline, the surface buildings require high level of protection, in the soft soil in urban subway project has a wide range of representative. In this paper for the metro transfer station engineering, through theoretical analysis, numerical calculation and field test technology in rheological stratum of comprehensive research of the construction technology of metro transfer station. Through the research, have following research results:(1) study the rheological properties of Shanghai Muddy water-rich clay stratum, completed the stress and strain analysis in the construction process of deep excavation in rheological stratum.(2) proposed and applied compound top-down method for metro transfer station of the construction method, elaborate the technical characteristics, the process principle, construction technology processes, construction elements, labor allocation and application range of the method, focusing on the parallel operation technology of construction method for the lower and the upper structure excavation dug, not only ensure the quality of the project, but also speed up the construction schedule, to ensure that the construction period.(3) The research adopted cover excavation method of ring plate supporting technology, means using plate instead of strut, increase the construction space while effectively controlling the deformation and settlement of surrounding rheological stratums, guarantee the engineering construction and environmental safety.The project has been completed, and satisfy the design and specification requirements, guarantee the time limit for a project. Technology is proved in this paper the rheological stratum of comprehensive construction technology of large metro transfer station is feasible, succeeded in rapid construction of large interchange station in rheological stratum; compared to top-down straight method, top-down invers method, new method save time, reduce the management and construction personnel, significantly reduce the construction cost, the experience can provide lessons for the future design and construction of similar projects.
