With the rapid development of society, the demand for energy is also growing. The main energy is still the traditional non renewable energy, in the process of development and use will face energy shortages and a series of environmental pollution problems. Building energy consumption is the major energy consumption of our country, and showed a rising trend, become one of the focal points of the work of energy-saving emission reduction. Vigorously develop solar energy, wind energy and other new, clean and renewable energy is the inevitable way to deal with the shortage of energy and environmental problems.But in the area, lack of the relative wind resources. For the high-rise buildings in the modern district, the energy consumption of elevator occupy a considerable proportion, at the elevator power state to produce renewable energy for the load or grid,which can greatly reduce building energy consumption, energy saving.This paper is the photovoltaic power as the power in the area of the application and the elevator regenerated energy, in order to achieve energy-saving emission reduction.This paper introduces the current situation of the use of renewable energy, renewable energy use to determine the community structure of the micro grid DC power supply. To establish the mathematical model of photovoltaic cells and analysis of its characteristics, working principle of the lead-acid battery and establishes its mathematical model, introduces the principle of elevator regenerative power, and the regenerative power is analyzed and deduced. The simulation model is established by using simulation software Matlab/Simulink system, control strategy focuses on the photovoltaic maximum power tracking simulation and the analysis, improvement of the conventional control algorithm, the step size adjustment to achieve fast tracking, and effectively reduce the maximum power point of shock, improving the utilization of solar energy. The control strategy using the power to stabilize the voltage bus of the good stability, improve the reliability of power supply. The elevator energy and photovoltaic energy as power application, make full use of the renewable energy and save energy consumption and cooling device for elevator.A mathematical model of grid connected inverter with independent double mode, SVPWM modulation technology based on repetitive control strategy, design, so the system has good dynamic, static characteristics, and effectively improve the quality of output waveform of inverter. The blind area problem islanding detection principle and detection, based on positive and negative half cycle frequency perturbation method to improve the islanding detection method, improves the reliability of the islanding detection, reduces the detection zone, and effectively reduces the positive and negative half cycle frequency disturbance on the impact of power quality. This paper finally introduces the digital signal processor (DSP) TMS320F2812 preliminary design as the core of the control system hardware and software.
