With the development of economic and the improvement of technology, wireless power transmission technology attracts attention from experts and scholars at home and abroad, Energy in wireless power transmission technology is transferred by electromagnetic fields. And resonant wireless power transmission technology has characteristics of long transmission distance. According to the requirement of 300W power, load of 160 and distance of 27mm of an actual product development needs from some enterprise about wireless transmission technology, this paper carries out a work of theoretical analysis, electromagnetic and circuit system simulation and prototype testing, including research status and significance, circuit topology of resonant wireless power transmission technology, circuit resonance parameters introduction, magnetic coupling system analysis and design, the simulation analysis about the main circuit of the transmission side and the receiving side,and prototype design and experimental analysis of resonant wireless power transmission technology.The definition, classification, research status at home and abroad and the research significance of wireless power transmission technology are firstly introduced, and the main contents of this article are given.Secondly, the basic structure and the basic circuit topology of the wireless power transmission technology are briefly introduced. Besides, the equivalent circuit resonant wireless power transmission technology that includes series-series resonance, series-parallel resonance, parallel-series resonance and parallel-parallel resonance, and factors of receiving side power transferring are analyzed. Resonant circuit parameters such as resonant inductor, resonant capacitor, the mutual inductance and coil resistance are also briefly described.After the simulation analysis and design optimization of magnetic coupling system, the case with the core is selected as a prototype production by simulation analysis comparison of the cases with and without the core. After magnetic field simulation analysis of the core and windings of different sizes in receiving side in the case with the core, two kinds of prototype production program are selected for series resonance and parallel resonance mode of the receiving side from the result. And the analysis of core saturation is finished to ensure that the selected two designs to work properly. Then the simulation analysis about the basic model of the main circuit of the transmission side and the receiving side is finished. And the main parameters of the receiving side circuit are measured to obtain the corresponding conclusions.Finally, the resistance load of 160Ω for two kinds of previously determined prototype production programs are measured to obtain some experimental data, graphs, experimental waveforms, and some corresponding conclusions. Besides experimental measurements of the resistance load of 300W are finished, and the experimental measurements performed at different distances between the transmitting side and the receiving side and the different values of the output filter capacitor to obtain correlation experimental data, graphs, the test waveforms and the corresponding conclusions. Ultimately, theoretical analysis and experimental results show that this experimental prototype is a wireless power transmission system that is in line with the required power output. |
