| With the opening of Harbin-Dalian high-speed rail, the dynamics changes of alpine EMU for low temperature performance has become a very interesting topic. The difference of Alpine EMU compared with ordinary EMU is the changes of the suspension parameters at low temperatures which may leads to dramatic changes in its dynamic performance. With the increase of operating speed and sharp deterioration of the external environment such as temperature, rain, snow, wind and other weather conditions, the general rules of operating performance of ordinary EMU are not applicable for alpine EMU.The researches related to alpine EMU quite few abroad, and is nearly blank in demostic.Firstly,the train safe operation should be ensured, and secondly the train should have good dynamics performance, such as good running stability and curve behaviour. Taking a high speed train as example,based on the dynamic simulation software SIMPACK, the dynamic performance at low temperature is analyzed and the influence of the d suspension parameters under different conditions of low temperature investigated. This thesis mainly includes the following work:(1) The research status and progress of the alpine EMU home and abroad are systematically analyzed. The analysis is focused on the main problems of EMU facing in cold winter and solving measures(Including the existing solutions and possible future solutions)(2) Based on the data of tracking test on Harbin-Dalian line for alpine EMU, the vibration performance over a wheel turnings period is investigated and wheel wear law (including flange wear, tread wear, equivalent conicity change)(3) The analysis is focused on the dynamic changes caused by the suspension parameters at low temperatures, mainly for the difference of ride comfort and curve behaviour.Alpine EMU fault conditions that may be encountered in winter were analyzed, including the primary vertical damper failure, the anti-yaw damper failure, air spring failure conditions and a side of bogie completely frozen.(4) Through some EMU tread wear data of Harbin-Dalian line in winter,simulation of The dynamic changes of the tread wear under different speed gardes are simulated,and the dynamic changes of tread wear before and after are compared,exploring the impact of tread wear on EMU dynamic performance. |
