The Harbin-Dalin passenger line is a ballastless track which is in the cold region of the northeast. It is a key project of The State Eleventh Five-Year plan. There is many frozen soil over the way that it passes. It’s an important and difficult problem to reduce the amount of frost heaving in subgrade to standard range for The Harbin-Dalin passenger line. It has arrived at a conclusion that the graded broken stone with cement can reduce the amount of frost heaving in subgrade in the previous study.On the basis of the previous study which reads "On Frost Heave Characteristics Of Different Fines Contents’Graded Broken Stones Mixed With Cements", the paper studied the mechanical properties, the mechanical properties of freeze-thaw cycle and fatigue performance of the graded broken stone with cement. And the paper analyzed the influence rule of the cement content, fine powder content and water reducing agent on the mechanical properties of the graded broken stone with cement. The paper also analyzed how the compressive strength and the splitting tensile strength developed with the age. The relationship among the strength was analyzed in the paper. The influence rule of the cement content and fine powder content on the mechanical properties of freeze-thaw cycle of the graded broken stone with cement was analyzed in the paper. The flexural fatigue equation of the graded broken stone with cement was analyzed in the paper. The main research contents and results are as follows:1. It was found that the cement and fine powder were all the key factors which can influence the strength of the graded broken stone with cement. The strength increased with the increment of the cement content and decreased with the increment of the fine powder content. The water reducing agent can reduce water consumption and increase the strength in a certain degree. On the development with age of the strength, it’s found that the strength of 28d and the strength of 7d were in accordance with good linear correlation formula. On the relationship between the strength, it’s found that the flexural strength and compressive strength were in accordance with good correlation power exponent relation formula. The compression flexure ratio and compressive strength were in accordance with good linear correlation formula. The splitting tensile strength and compressive strength were in accordance with good correlation power exponent relation formula. The flexural strength and elastic modulus were in accordance with good correlation power exponent relation formula.2. It was found that the mass-loss rate of the graded broken stone with cement after 50 times of freeze-thaw cycle was between 3% and 5%. The loss of compressive strength after 50 times of freeze-thaw cycle was between 10% and 30%.The influencing rule of fine powder content and cement content on the loss of compressive strength of the graded broken stone with cement was fluctuating. But there were still some regularities about it.3. It was found that the fatigue life of the graded broken stone with cement submitted double-parameter weibull distribution. The fatigue equation of the graded broken stone with cement was established through the experimental data and mathematical model.
