Abstract/Summary:
Auxiliary power platform is an important part of metro vehicle power supply system to provide continuous and stable power to the associated load. According to the magnetic integration technology, change the traditional transformer coil structure and form a reasonable plurality of magnetic circuits. Transformers and reactors achieve integration purposes, to form a high-impedance transformer and meet the modern subway cars drive small size and little weight requirements.This paper is based on 140kVA auxiliary power supply platform for high impedance transformer as the research object, and deeply discusses a plurality of magnetic circuit structure design and finite element analysis.In summary, this paper mainly studies the following contents:According to the project specification developed a preliminary plan, establish the correlation model with Pro/e software, and provide the basis for the finite element simulation;Use HyperMesh software to dispose it, including the model simplification, mesh and so on. Apply Ansys of the finite element software to analysis and solve the statics and dynamics of the transformer, and verify the reliability of structure;By Ansys Maxwell electromagnetic simulation package transformer system appropriate to simplify the establishment of finite element model, compare the simulation results with short-circuit test results and verify the feasibility and availability, the value of low pressure to high pressure leakage inductance leakage inductance 1.586mH, high pressure to low pressure 1.615mH, errors were 4% and 6%, in line with customer projects in the book of the error range;Finally, through the steady state thermal analysis method, establish the temperature field to determine the temperature distribution of coil and an iron core, and be comparison with the temperature rise test, draws the conclusion and improves the structure and process.
