During the "Spring Festival rush", the surge in passenger flow transport brings a lot of pressure and difficulty to organization of the railway sector. Especially in large and medium-sized passenger stations with normal speed in the many existing railway lines, the obsolete and inadequate hardware facilities and equipments loads difficulties of the Spring Festival passenger’organization. So, how to do the work of passenger transportation in n large and medium-sized passenger stations with normal speed in the many existing lines during the Spring Festival, is worthy of studv.It’s tyical to select innovating Dongguan East Station’s working during the Spring Festival rush as the object for the study.First, Dongguan East Station’s work in Spring Festival rush is carried out in detail, from aspects of plan of train line, the forecasting passenger flow, facilities, human use, arrangement of transportation capability, transport organization, track use, ticketing organization, train boarding and disembarkation organization and so on.Second, think and analyze practical problems that innovating Dongguan East Station’s working during the Spring Festival rush encountered, then, combine with the actual situation of the station and passenger traffic in the region, through analysis of existing Spring Festival working protects, and find out the problems and the bottleneck of the actual station, mainly from the sale of tickets, waiting demand analysis. From the analysis of the problems of sale and collection of tickets, passenages’need in the waiting rooms, boarding and disembarkation, transport efficiency, labor productivity, Spring Festival facilities and equipments, temporary employment and other aspects, questions are raised.Third, optimize innovating Dongguan East Station’s working during the Spring Festival rush. In the matter of sale and collection of tickets, optimization taken from the multi-channel ticket sale, ticket technology development, migrant workers group bookings in advance, non-discriminatory policy of the ticket sale, open outlets handling, and emergency responses to ticketing system failure; in the terms of passenger waiting areas, optimization measures proposed from the waiting capacity of station, waiting area, and trips arrangeemnt in waiting area; in the matter of boarding and disembarkation, optimization proposed from organizational policy, the wicket process, site traveling flow line, organizational processes of trains in Spring Festival sending and other aspects so on; station facilities and equipments optimized from the temporary sites of sale and collection of tickets, the increasing automatically pick up tickets machine, waiting area adjustment of bus station, the ticket entrance, the channel (stations, tunnels, bridges) distribution and other aspects; in the terms of temporary employment, optimization and re-allocation taken from the passenger positions, combined with the optimization results, taking into account the differences in temporary employment and professional quality of the staff structure; finally, emergency response plans are described.Fourth, apply the analytic hierarchy proce (AHP) to establish evaluation system of passenger organization during the Spring Festival, and make an evaluation from these three aspects:safety, convenience and efficiency of services.This article has guiding significance for the practical work, and also has a certain reference significance for the innovating large and medium-sized passenger stations with normal speed in the many existing railway lines.
