High-precision measurement of the intensity of the projectile is an important part of the process in weapons production and development when range ballistic weapons carried outside test the parameters.The precision measurement of Indoor CCD target intensity technology has been widely used because of its high measurement accuracy.And background light good or bad has a direct impact on the sensitivity and accuracy of measurement accuracy indoor CCD target. Aiming at the uneven brightness and low of existing intersection precision indoor dual CCD target light, by analyzing the accuracy of indoor CCD target working principle, two sources are designed for indoor target of double-precision CCD intersection.The paper calculates the radius and distribution outlets which are in the flat light guide plate. Outlets mathematical model is established. In this mathematical model of the network arranges complete guide plate design. LED emits light through the light guide plate were conducted. Light scattering occurs when light encounters outlets. Light exits from the surface of the light guide plate exit, and then form a uniform surface light source in the exit surface. Light through the diffuser plate become more uniform. Prism film gathers the light detection system in a certain angle range required exit, thereby forming a uniform surface light source.Spot light, according to the theoretical calculation of the luminous intensity of the LED array LED array has been arranged. According to principles of geometric optics,the paper designs Cylindrical lens in one direction of the convergence of light converging optical system and the glass rod array unidirectional optical system scattered light scattering. Using Lighttools simulation and design optimization, the paper designs the emitting surface uniform of indoor dual CCD intersection precision target background lighting systems.CCD accuracy in target light use test station far away from the master, and the large number of LED light sources, artificial detection difficult. According to the actual demand, using A/D acquisition and CAN bus communication establish a light self-checking system. To detecte the operating voltage of the LED module light detects light working condition.Using a high speed CCD camera cellects background light image generated by the light source using a high speed CCD camera acquisition.After Matlab for digital image processing method obtain light gray value curve, and analyze the maximum gray value, uniformity, noise. Flat light which has light uniformity, stability, and low power consumption advantages ource can work around 1.5m, uniformity of ± 5 gray level. Spot light which has a high luminous intensity and stable advantages in the gray value is 17m saturation, working within 23m.
