According to the Comprehensive Utilization Plan Brief Report of the Yangtze River which is official replyed by the state council in 1990.Xiao Nanhai junction is the third rung of Yangtze River Yibin to Yichang five development programs including Shi Peng,Zhu Yangxi,Xiao Nanhai,San Xia and Ge Zhouba. Ge Zhouba and San Xia Dam Project have been built and put into use in 1998 and 2009.The building of Xiao Nanhai hydro junction is almost here.Based on the Research on the Scale of Navigation Structures of Xiao Nanhai,the paper do research on the lock capacity.In the basis of the relevant research on the capacity of lock at home and abroad,and Combined with the actual operation of the ship lockage organizational model,the influencing factors of lock capacity are analyzed and some key arguments are discussed.Through the detailed analysis and summary in the formula of lock capacity,and on the basis of relevant information of traffic forecast which is done by other members of the project team, the average tonnage once lock is calculated in the three different methods aimed to forecast data. According to the actual needs of lockage,the ship lockage model is established from two requirements, the ship lockage model belongs to NP-Hard modal,and the exact solution cann’t be got in polynomial time,so it is necessary to solve the modal. Combining with the existing operate way and constraints, some appropriate simplifications are made on the model. The simplified modal is accurately solve by referring to the simplified model 0-1 backpack model and a dimensional cutting and linear programming model. First, by combining with Office Access database technology and the Excel spreadsheet data storage technology, and using Microsoft Visual Studio platform C# language to develop program,the lock capacity computational modal is automation solved.Then,the basic data and forecasting conclusions of Scale of Navigation Structures of Xiao Nanhai are calculated as an example.Finally, the average tonnage single once lock of Xiao Nanhai junction is established.
