| Marshalling station is the core of the entire railway network, which mainly handles a certain amount of arrival trains, transit and getting past trains, for the disintegration of a large number of freight trains and marshalling operations, and related locomotive depot operations and other maintenance and repair operations.70% of the whole road vehicle turnaround time is spent at the station for the relevant work, and where the cost of the whole road turnaround time at marshalling stations,accounted for 60% of all parts of the station.So the relevant technical work of marshalling station takes up a lot of the whole road vehicle turnaround time.Marshalling stations automatically executing the job plan can improve its operating efficiency,strengthen its work capacity, reduce manual interference, and can effectively reduce the work intensity for marshalling yard workers, and improve the safety and effectiveness,and greatly reduce the whole way turnaround time of marshalling station, and increase the efficiency of the railway transportation network.Thesis is used the marshalling station operation plan as the research background to realise operation plan excuting automaticly for the target. The key technologies to this goal is to achieve corresponding planned route automatic selection problem,to establish route automatic selection model.Genetic algorithm is used to solve the design of the model,realizing route automatic selection.Firstly,thesis has conducted the thorough research to the marshalling station operation flow and ork nature, analysised the relationship between plan and plan execution, determined that the wmarshalling station operation plan of the automatic execution module mainly realizes the scheduling layer transfering to control layer, namely the realization changs plan to route,determined that the core of this paper is the automatic selection of marshalling station routes.Secondly,used the idea of graph theory to build the station network topology,taked work punctuality rate maximum,minimum delay time and the shortest route travel time as the objective function;taked the operational requirements of plan,hostile approach discongesting, before and after operations and the associated operations as constraint conditions,established the multi-objective optimization model of marshalling station route selection;Used AHP to calculate the weight of multi-objective function and verified matrix consistency;Analysised the automatic selection of route optimization model,and obtained the equivalent simplified model.Thirdly,designed the operation automatically excuting module in detail,combined with the station network topology,the station and operation processing module, mainly completed the data structure design of railway station’s signal equipment,operation plan and route, impleted the conversion from plan level to route level;Genetic algorithm is used to the route selection model for encoding, decoding, fitness function and genetic manipulation of the design, and optimized the genetic operator,and impleted the route of timing adjustment in detail.Finally, thesis is combined with the two batch of operation plan data as an example.Visual C++ is used to simulate and verify the correctness of route selection model and the effectiveness of genetic algorithm.Through verification, route choice model and genetic algorithm can effectively avoid hostile route conflict, the route selection results consist with the actual situation of the field, it has a certain practicality.lt achieved the Marshalling operations plan automatic execution function. |
