Since the Urban and Rural Harmonious was implemented, the development of rural infrastructure was emphasized and rural economy was promoted in our country. With the pace of urbanization was accelerated, the communications become more intimate between urban and rural areas, the passenger traffic between urban and rural areas increased significantly. To adapt the increasing traffic demand, it’s necessary to lead the urban public transport and the various modes of transportation between urban and rural toward greater unity. In order to promote the integration of the Urban-rural bus could be successfully realize, a scientific and reasonable method of ticket fare types must be established.Compared with plain city, the mountain city has certain particularity, mainly including: terrain conditions, urban layout, road shape and so on. Then the travel model choice of the resident in mountain city was different from the plain city, and the impact of fares, comfort, and other factors to choice behavior has a certain differences. Therefore, based on the residents travel characteristics analysis of urban and rural in mountain city, the impact of price, comfort, and other factors was considered, A multiple choice model of urban and rural residents travel was suitable for mountainous city was established, The relation between fares and passenger volume was determined. Combine with the Ramsey pricing theory, the pricing model of urban and rural bus was suitable for mountains city was established. Specific content as follows:First, clarified the background and the significance of this issue that the urban-rural integration city bus how to pricing, and analyzed the current situation of the public transport pricing and the travel choice behavior in this paper. Then, the main contents, the key issues to be resolved and the critical research paths of the paper were determined.Second, the integration of urban and rural bus was systematically analyzed from four aspects, including: the concept and connotation of integration, the study object of integration bus, the development characteristics and environment of integration bus, the demand for fares of integration bus.Third, in order to explore the function relation between the fares of urban and rural bus and passenger volume, the characteristics of road system and urban-rural passenger flow were analyzed, the travel select characteristics of urban and rural residents was studied. Combining with the Logit model, the comfort, fares, time and other factors were considered, a multiple choice model was established, and its mainly including walking, urban- rural bus, car and motorcycle four travel method, the function relation between fares and passenger volume was determined. The methods of calibration and test of model parameter was summarized.Thirdly, the characteristics of urban-rural road system were summarized. On that basis, the travel choice behavior of urban-rural residents is analyzed. Finally, A multiple choice model considering comfort, travel cost, travel time was established based on the Logit Model, it has four select branches, including walking, motorcycle, car and urban-rural bus. The method of parameter estimation and testing were overviewed.Fourthly, the set principles and influence factors of fares was analyzed, the theory and method of pricing was expounded, On the basis of the analysis of the pricing method feasibility, determine the Ramsey pricing method as the article and the basic methods of pricing model. Based on the applicability comparative analysis of each pricing method, The Ramsey Pricing Model was used for the pricing research of urban-rural bus. The relationship was gave full consideration both of the fares and the passengers, the bus companies, the government. Finally, combined with the residents travel choice model of mountain city, the Pricing Model of the urban-rural bus was established based on the Integration between Urban and Rural in Mountainous City, the adaptive of model was analyzed, and the solving process of model was expounded in detail.Finally, based on the above research, this paper selected a passenger transportation line of Beibei in Chongqing to analyze the pricing model, and the feasibility of the model was verified from theory.
