| Ship lock with double-hinged, which is developed based on the integral ship lock, is widely applied on silt-sandy foundation and fine-sandy foundation. Ship lock with double-hinged, its gate and bottom slab, can share the stress separately, so that the structure reduces the central bending moment, floor thickness and the cost. However, ship lock with double-hinged is sensitive with the shift in the wall of the two gates, can not adept to the settle very well. In this word, ship lock with double-hinged is limited, especially in engineering projects. Until the whole requirements are satisfied, ship lock with double-hinged is becoming a worthy structure. If ship lock with double-hinged will be analyzed intensively to find the key factors that can influence the design of ship lock, and make the structural force distribution more reasonable, and come up with advice to improve the loading features, it has a significantly meaning to guarantee the safe and stability, and help to choose the optional structures.Below are the main researches and achievements:1ã€Through reading massive literature material, this paper lists the ship lock with double-hinged’s features and methods of calculation, and points out its advantages and disadvantages in design process.2ã€Base on engineering projects, this paper sets up the 3D finite element models with ANSYS. Using the numerical simulation analysis, finally,this paper gets the deflections and stress distribution laws in some different working conditions.3ã€By analyzing the influences of height of the lock wall on the working characteristics of double-hinged lock chamber structure, this paper gets changing regularities of the displacement and stress of the lock with the different lock wall height, and put forward the idea that the double-hinged lock chamber structure sizes should not be too large.4ã€After discussing the impact of the changing of elasticity modulus of foundation on lock chamber working characteristics, we can found that it has some closely relationship between elasticity modulus of foundation and regularities of the displacement and stress of the lock chamber.5ã€Aim at the double-hinged lock chamber structure, it analyzed the impact of the floor thickness on the working characteristics of double-hinged lock chamber structure,and got the conclusion that increasing the floor thickness is good for the working condition of lock chamber. Some advice on engineering application is given. |
