Steel fiber reinforced concrete structures are mainly used to bear load or resistance to various erosion of harmful substances, which requires the steel fiber concrete has relatively high strength and good resistance to harmful substances erosion durability. In this paper, the silica fume and polymer latex added to the steel fiber concrete in the same circumstances, than the reference concrete made with 28 d, the basic mechanical properties test, freeze-thaw test, carbonation, sulphated resistance test and microstructure characterization test, the results of research and analysis display:Steel fiber concrete slump, viscidity, water retention and stick degree test, integrated test results into consideration, and points out that the silica fume and polymer emulsion so that the steel fiber concrete has good work performance. The basic mechanical properties of the steel fiber concrete with silica fume and steel fiber polymer concrete, with the increasing content of silica fume, steel fiber and silica fume concrete compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and flexural strength are also different degrees of increase; and the basic mechanical properties of polymer emulsion on steel fiber concrete and no significant decrease effect of. Studied the effect of silica fume and polymer emulsion on durability of steel fiber reinforced concrete. Freeze-thaw test results show that steel fiber concrete frost resistance of silica fume on the promotion effect is not obvious, and polymer emulsion on steel fiber concrete frost resistance enhancement effect is obvious; carbonization test that more polymer emulsion dosage can improve the anti carbonation of steel fiber reinforced concrete; sulfate attack resistance test results of silica fume corrosion ability than polymer emulsion made of steel fiber concrete long resisted the sodium sulfate is more obvious.Studied the effect of silica fume and polymer emulsion on steel fiber concrete micro structure. Microscopic characterization test results show that steel fiber concrete silica fume to optimize the internal void structure, make the space refinement; polymer emulsion improves internal void structure of steel fiber reinforced concrete.
