Semi-rigid base is the most widely used form in our country, not only the pavement performance is good, but from the perspective of economic analysis is also very accord with our country highway construction.Semi-rigid material has a broad application prospect in our country.With the development of modern high performance construction machinery and the increasing requirement of the pavement.We should make a further study on the parameters of the semi rigid base materials and cement stabilized macadam material fatigue performance.To analyze the relationship between the different parameters and the performance of the cement stabilized material, we use the design method of the CBG-25, when the 26.5 mm and 0.075 mm pass ingrate is certain then change the 4.75 mm passing rate and the cement dosage and each factor with five standards,using the uniform design method to design ten kinds of programs.Ten kinds of programs respectively using heavy tamping method, the static pressure method, rotating compaction method, through the optimum water content and the maximum dry density to evaluate the different effect between the heavy tamping method and static pressure method, and combining the test experience to analyze the scope of using rotating compaction to form the cement stabilized graded gravel macadam material.Contrasting with the volume parameters of asphalt mixture, study about the maximum theoretical density, voidage, voids in coarse aggregates and cement saturation.Using the combination of experiment and calculation method for determining the maximum theoretical density, and then use the encapsulation method measuring bulk density, summing up a set of semi-rigid material applicable volume parameter method.Then calculatethe volume parameter of the ten groups of mixture, using DPS data processing system to analysis the relationship between volume parameter and the two factors.Testing the unconfined compressive strength for seven days and compressive modulus of resilience of the ten kinds, and summarizes the relationship between the volume parameters and mechanical properties.Then select five groups to do the fatigue test and discuss the relationship between volume parameters and fatigue life.
