Abstract/Summary:
With the construction of infrastructure, such as road and rail, large-scale of bridges are needed. Thereupon, the carrying capacity of bridge is usually paid attention by the related experts or departments. Bridge load test and reinforced-bridge load test are effective methods for bridge load test. However, load test leads to adverse effects on road because of long test time and closed transportation. The finite-element model that is established according to drawing design parameters is an important reference for load test formulation and data comparison, which there are large difference.The article states different objective function establishment though the finite-element model research. On ANSYS platform, a specific node displacement value and frequency are chosen as test value which are calculated through a numerical example of i-steel beam and the reduction of its related parameters caused by the numerical model of damage. Consequently, the validity of the finite-element model updating method can be verified through different objective function establishment, comparative analysis based on static single objective function, dynamic single objective function, the objective function combined static and dynamic correction effect of the model as well.Subsequent chapters, Jijing Bridge is chosen as an engineering example for statement. The three kinds of objective function, which are mentioned before, are built according to load test values, then, elastic modulus and mass density of main girder and pier in the finite-element model are amended respectively. Revised finite-element model of error between the calculated value and test data has decrease obviously which are much more consistent. Therefore, the revised model can better reflect the static and dynamic characteristics of real bridge.At the end of this article explores the long-span flexible suspension bridge grass back Yangtze River bridge finite element model correction method, to test load conditions is one of the main measuring deflection test data to construct the objective function, correction to the grass back Yangtze River bridge finite element model of main girder of elastic modulus and bending moment of inertia and section area, main cable of equivalent elastic modulus, and then to finite element model of main girder deflection calculation value and test data comparison, evaluation of correction method based on beam measured deflection test value of the structure of a single objective function.In conclusion, it illustrates that the result of revised model is much closer to the load test data comparing with the finite-element model analysis data based on drawings design parameters. In addition, it reflects the actual bridge condition, the revised model can provide a reference for bridge tour of duty maintenance operations. At last, bridge load bearing capacity can be also evaluated based on revised finite-element model.
