Relief valve unit, as the actuator in the purging positive pressure explosion-proof control of high pressure motor. The performance impact explosion-proof directly. But the existing products were not suitable for positive pressure explosion-proof control.In this paper,the relief valve unit has been designed,grouped the relief valve and the outlet.Which is compactstructure and lower cost.The relief valve,the outlet and the other structures has been designed.include,designed a new relief valve which controled by the magnetic force and the spring force.Which reduce the open resistance and improving reliability.Research the relation of magnetic force between interval,and get the approximate formula.Design the main parts structure.Analyzed the stress,strain and motion of disc.Design the open/close mode of outlet. Analyzed the ventilation efficiency in different orifice plate.Design the appearance by industrial design. Calculated the fire screen size and shell seal.Tested relief valve unit,get the conclusion.The pressure of the relief valve opening and closing comply with the design requirements.No flutter and frequency jump phenomenon in motion.The sealability comply with the design requirements.Orifice plates size is suitable for working condition.The new relief valve unit can improve Performance of purge and positive pressure contorl device.Improve the market competitiveness of positive pressure explosion-proof motor.
