In China, the general civil design, it is usually not considered explosive load, and the the research of the internal explosion effect of the civil building is less at present,Therefore, the research of dynamic response of a framework structure under blast load are of great significance and practical value. The paper uses ANSYS / LS-DYNA as a research tool, to achieve a simulation of the explosion process and by comparing the results of numerical simulation and experimental results for the selected material parameters, calculation methods and parameters related to keyword verified. In order to verify the finite element model was established based on the required computational model of the paper. In the paper, the research on the dynamic response of a single frame structure room under blast load was analyzed, found when the internal explosion happen in the civil buildings, the column is easily occur shear failure, the failure modes of plate is associated with explosive distance, when conduct the explosion resistance design, suggest to strengthen the intensity of the end of column, but the plate need to strengthen the intensity of entirety. The existence of the filler wall makes explosive force of the structure increased, the structure is easily destroyed. On the basis of the analysis of the reinforced concrete frame model of a single room, conduct numerical calculation and analysis of a one storied 2*2frame structure and a three storied 3*3 frame structure, the research found that the existence of the filler wall effectively reduced the explosive force in the other room;the force of internal explosion on the frame structure has locality.
