In real life, ion fan every where. The main function is to eliminate the electrostatic around the environment and to prevent electrostatic damage to the equipment, it is widely used in electronic equipment production lines, repair stations and other places.Ion fan core component is discharge needle, generating ions by discharge needle and completing elimination of static electricity in the environment.Now ion fan increasingly miniaturized,which also requires more sophisticated processing discharge needle, but also to the quality inspection process makes it difficult.Defect detection is the traditional discharge needles by the human eye to observe, such as the tip of the needle is damaged, the needle body scratches, taper and so on. Such detection method is not only inefficient, but also high probability of error, but also to detect workers brings physical suffering. In order to improve the detection efficiency and reduce the outflow rate of defective products, the paper developed a fully automatic discharge needle visual inspection equipment.In this paper, the main research contents:1. Because the content of this thesis involves including put acusector defect detection and measurement, so the paper introduced the machine vision defects detection and measurement of related knowledge.2. This paper introduces the overall design of visual inspection equipment, including mechanical structure, visual hardware selection, etc.3. This paper introduces the template matching algorithm and RAKE to find edge algorithm, according to the practical characteristics of electric acupuncture, proposed for image segmentation, and then to segment the area arrangement different image processing algorithms.4. Designed for visual inspection equipment humanized operation interface, and focused on the several key modules of the software are introduced.This paper develops a tungsten needle automatic visual inspection equipment has been put to practical industrial applications, customers use the results show that the software is stable and reliable, the outflow rate of defective products significantly reduced, a larger industrial applications.
