In recent years,bridge construction develops rapidly,new materials appear constantly,the design and construction technology improve constantly.Thanks to its unique structure performance and beautiful shape,extradossed bridge has been rapidly developed at home and abroad,and widely recognized and applied in engineering field.Geometrical nonlinearity problem has always been one of the research topics in the bridge engineering. While,compared with double cable planes or three cable planes,the geometric nonlinear effect of single cable plane extradossed bridge is more worthy of study.This paper firstly introduced the development situation of extradossed bridge at home and abroad,the characteristics of extradossed bridge,the research situation of extradossed bridge at home and abroad,and systematically illustrated the nonlinear theory,and introduced the three main influencing factors of nonlinearity,i.e.the sag effect,the beam-column effect and the large displacement effect,and deeply introduced the finite element analysis methods of the three main influencing factors,namely the equivalent elastic modulus method,the sable function method,the correction of geometric structure method.Based on the engineering background of Shiwan bridge,and considering the actual construction stage of Shiwan bridge,the space finite element model of Shiwan bridge is built with the help of the large finite element software Midas Civil.And this paper conducted the linear and nonlinear analysis of each construction stage and bridge stage,and focused on the analysis of the 5 key stages i.e.before side boast closure,side boast closure,before middle boast closure,middle boast closure,and the bridge stage under the two-stage dead load or vehicle load,and also focused on the analysis and comparison of 8 key parameters of each condition in each stage.Finally we draw some valuable conclusions,which can provide a certain reference valuefor the design,construction,operation and maintenance of single cable plane extradossed bridge in actual project in the near future.
