Abstract/Summary:
The using of recycled aggregates can ease the destruction of the natural environment caused by exploiting natural aggregate, and also can reduce the environmental disruption and land resource destruction caused by construction waste.Recycled aggregate concrete have been systematically studied by domestic and foreign scholars, but the performance defect of the recycled aggregates itself limits its widespread use. In order to improve the performance of the recycled aggregate concrete and combine the steel tube with recycled aggregate concrete, the structure use the restriction of steel tube to the core of recycled aggregate concrete, and have improved the compressive strength and deformation capacity of recycled aggregate concrete,this is an effective way to use of recycled aggregates.Scholars at home and abroad are mainly concentrated on the axial compression and bias experiment for the research of recycled aggregate concrete filled steel tube column, but there is less done on the study of seismic performance.So an experimental research and analysis is of great importance to the seismic performance of recycled aggregate concrete filled steel tube column. This paper based on two kinds of shaped steel ratio 0.11 and 0.15, steel tube strength Q235 and Q345,and three axial compression ratio 0.2, 0.4, and 0.6,made eight round steel tube of recycled aggregate concrete column Through the seismic experiment under low reversed cyclic loading, it study the failure mechanism and characteristics,hysteresis property, energy dissipation capacity, deformation, bearing capacity and stiffness degradation characteristics under earthquake load,and also investigated three parameters’infection of aseismatic capability and its regularity,these three parameters are steel ratio, strength of steel tube and axial compression ratio.On this basis, the factor level of significance analysis was carried out on the energy dissipation coefficient by using variance analysis, and find three optimal combination. This paper has got several conclusions below:(1) the load-displacement hysteresis curve graph of the specimens are full, and there is no obvious phenomenon of pinch approach.Per level load of specimen equivalent viscous damping coefficient is between 0.3 and 0.6, the ductility coefficient is greater than 5.3.This shows that recycled aggregate concrete column has good energy dissipation capacity and deformation capacity.(2) The influence of the steel ratio, strength of steel pipe and the axial compression ratio on the seismic performance of recycled aggregate concrete filled steel tube column are similar to those of ordinary concrete filled steel tubular column base.(3)Axial compression ratio has remarkable effect on energy consumption coefficient,but steel ratio and steel strength have no significant impact on energy consumption coefficient of the specimens.Primary and secondary order that various factors affect energy consumption coefficient of the specimens is axial compression ratio→strength of steel pipe→steel ratio. The optimal combination of energy consumption coefficient for this test is:the axial compression ratio is 0.6, steel ratio is 0.11, strength grade for steel pipe is Q345.
