In most of the winter in the north of China have different degree of snow, the road snow ice to the roads and road safety to bring serious adverse effects, the current widespread use of snowmelt agent melting method not only damage to the road, and pollute the environment, and the mechanical incomplete snow removal method, need to spend a lot of manpower, financial resources, and snow removal in the process of blocking traffic. Thermal melting snow de-icing technology using hot water, gas, electricity, etc. The heat generated by the melted the snow and ice method, this article USES the electric heating rod as a heat source for the pavement snow melting experiment, the thermal system of pipes used in stress finite element analysis. The main research content is as follows:(1) Thermal melting heat load in the system including the melting latent heat and convective heat transfer and radiation from the sun at the same time also can affect pavement snow melting heat load. From the viewpoint of energy conservation, this paper calculate the pavement snow melting total load, the factors influencing pavement snow melting load were analyzed.(2) On the melting snow load experiment scheme design, evaluated on their own structures, pavement snow melting experiment device, the orthogonal experiment is carried out under the specific environment, it is concluded that tube buried depth, depth of buried pipes, heating temperature, etc. The influence of structure parameters on the pavement snow melting time.(3) The pipe under the action of internal and external pressure and temperature effect, a great difference to the stress and displacement, directly buried pipeline within the scope of a certain length setting fixed block, the location of the fixed piers on the stress and displacement have certain influence. This article USES the ANSYS finite element analysis of thermal stress of the pipeline. It is concluded that the influence of the temperature effect on the pipeline stress, the largest pipeline stress as the tube fluid increases with the rise of temperature.
