With the development and modernization construction of city, underground pipes set densely, staggered distribution, not only are there more kinds but also more complicated, oil pipeline and so on. This layout of pipeline detection caused great disturbance, so strengthen the study of nearly span underground pipeline detection method is necessary. The electromagnetic detecting metal pipeline has obvious effect, according to the principle of electromagnetic induction, when electromagnetic method detect the metal pipeline, applying an alternating source transmitter on metal pipeline, the excitation of induced current, the secondary magnetic field induced in the surrounding, receiver by detecting the change of the secondary field to determine underground pipeline location. Because of the assignments section line have a dew point, the system uses the clamp method detection, sensing signal is strong, high positioning accuracy.Based on electromagnetic theory, we design a set of close spacing metal pipeline detector, the instrument has a transmitter and receiver two parts. Transmitter system control the AD9833 by single chip microcomputer, imply the required frequency signal system, power amplifier circuit of multiple power adjustable has provided the safeguard for close spacing detection;Write the transmitter software control system.Receiver using single chip MCU as control chip and the peripheral circuit design, make the whole function of receiving complete and orderly work, write the receiver software measurement and control system. Through experimental analysis, we design the close spacing of metal pipeline detector it can detect different environment, geared to the needs of working practice and has the high use value.
