With the continuous development of international ocean trade, a rapidly increasing the number of ships and ship the development trend of large-scale, nitrogen oxides(NOx) of marine diesel engine emissions rising. Lead to increasingly serious problems such as air pollution at sea, and destroy the ecological environment, which has been widespread concern in the world. With the rapid development of our country’s economy and the rapid adjustment of production structure, the demand for resources is growing. However, the lack of resources and the contradiction of china’s rapid economic growth is also increasingly prominent. Therefore, china has proposed a resource-saving society, while recycling and comprehensive utilization of resources and the promotion of sustainable development of our country’s economy.In this paper, marine SCR system design and research, and through the analysis of the traditional MAP diagram control mode found its existing problems, thereby re-establish the calculation formula is determined by urea aqueous solution injection quantity. Marine SCR system is used PLC as its control core and combined with a touch screen, through its internal PID algorithm urea aqueous solution injection quantity amount lag compensation and correction in order to achieve a closed-loop control of the urea aqueous solution injection quantity.In this paper, marine SCR system of control system design and research, and used KINGVIEW software to simulation and debugging. Marine SCR system in the Simulink module of control urea aqueous solution injection quantity model is established. The urea aqueous solution injection quantity is determined. Yuchai YC6T-450 C type marine diesel engine as experiment object and simulation experiment is carried out. Through the simulation experiment proved that the safety and reliability of the system, NOx conversion rate can reach more than 90%, NOx emission reduction effect is good, and achieve the desired effect. In this paper, marine SCR system of comprehensive utilization are reviewed,water and nitrogen application of comprehensive recovery and recycling.
