Along with the rapid development of social economy, cast-in-situ reinforced concreteengineering has become the dominant type of the current construction. Building formworkis a critical part of construction tools during the construction of the concrete engineering.Glass textile reinforeced concrete is a new kind of composite materials(TRC),it has goodability for crack resistance and directional enhancement with a huge potential to becomebuilding formwork,but few research work for this new material can be found. Aiming atthis situation, this article launched some related research on its mechanical properties.Themain contents and results are as follows:1. Produced composite component using different treatments of the TRC formwork,different concrete ratio compound of different intensity,and different layer number oftextile,through the bending test, analyzed and compared the distinction of their strainchange in bottom,also of enhancement effect on bending strength. It can be found thatTRC panel adhered with after pouring concrete very well and they can work togetherwith no special treatment. And, for the same kind of TRC formworks,the lower concretestrength,the more obvious enhancement effect on its bending strength showed; textilehas "reinforced" constraint function,its participation is beneficial to the improvement ofthe component bending strength. And the number of the fibres is not the more thebetter,existing optimal number.2. Produced integral TRC formworks and made concrete composite column withthem.Through the axial compression test, analyzed the difference between ordinarycolumn on the mechanical properties,and found crushed by sprayed composite columnappears only pyramid appeared after crushing the composite column. Longitudinalcrack is more intense than normal crushed concrete column with pressure crisp feeling.This demonstrates that the formwork played a good constraint function in a period. Inactual construction, properties such as compressive strength are likely to get promotedwith the addition of TRC formwork.3. By reference to the relevant specification, combined with specific situation of the TRCformwork,did design and finite element simulation of numerical example. The finalresults showed that this new TRC formwork can be used in engineering practice.
