The operation management goal of electric power enterprises and electric powersystem is to provide electricity to the user safely, economically and with high quality, andvoltage is one of the most important indicators to measure the power quality. But voltageregulation is difficult; power grid operation has always been plagued by the optimization ofvoltage and reactive power. Reactive power compensation equipments are switchedfrequently, the ability of reactive data coarse identification is not strong, and automaticvoltage control system is with low availability and so on. These problems also need to befurther solved. So it is necessary to improve the level of safety and stable operation of thepower grid and the grid voltage quality, by optimizing the voltage reactive power controlstrategy, to achieve balance of reactive power on the spot, to reduce the electric networkand achieve grid reactive voltage intelligent dispatch and online operation control.From the influencing factors of voltage, the relationship between reactive power andvoltage and the voltage regulation realization of reactive power compensation etc. the basicprinciple of voltage adjustment is studied, and on this basis, the mathematical model ofVQC system and the AVC system are analyzed, summarizing the advantages anddisadvantages of the two system, and defining the AVC system advantages concerningvoltage and reactive power regulation of the regional power grid.For the problems of the existence of reactive power equipments frequent actions andabnormal data resulting in abnormal adjustment problems when the AVC system adjusts inHaiguangsi monitoring center, Combining with the actual of Tianjin power grid, the AVCsystem model was established and the integrated optimization was designed, That in orderto meet the overall power grid voltage qualified as constraint conditions, in the networkloss minimum for target to carry on the design.Through the study of data filtering function, we find the function of filtering bad dataidentification strategy, using the remote communication, and remote sensing of internallogic relationship, finding out the inherent law, checking each other, we have solved theproblem of inaccurate data acquisition in the system, got rid of a bad data, so that we canensure the correctness of the information collection of the AVC system logic judge,eradicate the reactive voltage control system (AVC) frequent problems, extend the servicelife of equipments, and ensure the correct voltage reactive power regulation.It improves the function of statistics and optimizes the human-computer interface.The optimized display data shows that the AVC system runs well with less line loss. Ituses the reactive power resources reasonably and improves the power quality effectively, also reduces the work intensity of the operators and prevents wrong operation problems ofreactive power equipments. It has achieved good economic and social benefits.
