A statistic data of NBS shows that the number of national civilian vehicles ownershipwas1.54billion which including9.72millions of motor tricycles and low-speed trucks at the endof2014, growth of12.4%compared to the previous year. The number of private car ownershipwas126000000, growth of15.5%compared to the previous year. In the background of globalenergy shortage and serious air pollution now, the consistent growth of the automobiles will leadto excessive consumption of energy and more serious air pollution. In order to solve the energyand pollution problems, the national "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" issued the effective measures thatthe new energy vehicles is not limited whatever number they have and line they drive, the newenergy bus official posts in Wuhan, Suzhou, Inner Mongolia and other places, recently announcedthe "energy-saving and new energy automotive industry development plan (2012-2020)" and thereduction of the new energy vehicle the purchase tax on the purchase cost straight down10%, aseries of policies that China is vigorously developing the domestic new energy vehicle market. Inaddition with the popularization of cars in each family of the city, the car had an impact oneveryone’s life, the automobile life style also influence people’s pursuit of fashion, green life, so itcan meet the needs of people living function instead of the traditional car is on the development ofnew energy vehicles requirements.New energy vehicles, including fuel cell electric vehicle (FCEV), hybrid electric vehicle(HEV),(BEV) pure electric cars, countries in the formulation of a series of encouraging thedevelopment of new energy vehicle policy at the same time, the research has also invested heavilyin power technology. But for pure electric vehicles, is a major technological breakthrough powersource (battery) and the drive motor technology development.
