With the energy crisis, all the countries in the world attach great importance toenergy saving. Our country belongs to the relative energy scarcity, energyconservation is one of the basic national policy. According to statistics, energyconsumption of residential construction and the use of the total energy consumptionof more than30%. At present our country existing buildings more than95%ishigh-energy buildings, energy consumption per unit area is similar climatic conditionsin developed countries2-3times. China is currently in the housing construction areaof the peak, if not actively promote the construction of energy-efficient, will result ina great waste of resources.The basic principle of passive houses is energy efficiency, good heat insulationwall, door and window technology, innovation efficient building ventilation, electricalenergy is the basis to solve the energy efficiency. Steel structure building withstructure is flexible, easy to implement comprehensive economic benefit ofconstruction industry, good environmental protection effect, excellent mechanicalproperties, excellent performance, can well overcome the reinforced concrete andbrick construction (hereinafter referred to as the traditional building) and someexisting problems.The passive concept into the construction of steel structure design, in-depth studyof the passive construction steel structure. The main research contents include: thedesign method of the passive construction steel structure;the steel beam column joints,parts, balcony canopy overhanging beam parts are very easy to form thermal bridge,causing heat loss is bigger, also can cause the body surface dust diffusion wall;combination of new building materials, building energy-saving system of steelstructure, analysis of self thermal insulation wall energy saving design method andtechnical measures and the plan of decoration and color preservation profiled sheetcomposite wall light sand autoclaved aerated concrete (double rock wool sandwichcolor steel plate) design energy conservation; combined with the new project ofTianjin University Affiliated Middle school, from a more optimized architectureplanning and design, thermal performance is more excellent peripheral structure,ventilation and energy saving design and the use of renewable energy to four aspectsof the passive monolayer steel structure building design.Combined with specific examples of projects, from building orientation, building ventilation and energy-saving design four aspects of the passive layer of steelstructure building.
