After the public bicycle system gotbetter implementation in many foreign countries, many cities in our country at presentare also vigorously develop public bicycle systems. The system can sovle the problemin the short distance travel and transfer traffic demand, is an effective way to improvethe city traffic operation efficiency as well as reduce environment pollution.The paper firstly analyze the function orientation and the environmental socialbenefits of the public bicycle, expounding the necessity of building public bike rentalsystem. Against the background of historical district, discuss the public bicycle in theapplicability of the historic districts from three aspects, the road conditions, the bussystem scope of radiation and the contradiction between the traffic development andhistoric protection. And design the mode questionnaire, on the basis of survey data,analysis the characteristics of the historical district mode and the traveler’s acceptancefor public bike.Secondly, analyze the factors that affecting the public bike rental behavior, thenestablish the public bike demand forecasting model.Use bikes’ turnover rate andparking piles’ turnover rate to calculate bike and pile’s scale. And establish the greymarkov model to discusses the prediction method of the long-term scale. Thirdly, the paper made clear the basic idea of planning the rental station, analyzedthe influencing factors and the principle of the location decision. Used the maximumcoverage model to establish the location optimization model that the goal is rentalstation covered by population expectation maximization. To solve the model, can get theplanning scheme of the rental station location.Finally, through the actual inspection of public bike scheduling problems, analyzedthe causes of public bike scheduling problems. Put forward the method for determiningthe public bike scheduling and the best schedule time. With the minimum cost as theobjective, the vehicle scheduling path optimization model that with fuzzy time windowwas established. With the help of matlab programming to realize the ant colonyalgorithm, can obtain the optimal scheduling scheme. |
