| In recent years, modern high-rise residential and commercial buildings havebecome the main trends of urban construction, and the frame-supported shear wallstructure is widely adopted by residential and commercial residential buildings. Due tothe wall length of the frame-supported short-leg shear wall structure is shorter, it hassome advantages: flexible arrangement and easy to meet the requirement of buildinglayout. Thus it has been used increasingly in engineering. Yet the frame-supportedshort-leg shear wall structure uses different structure system to resist lateral force, so itbelongs to the vertical irregular structure. While currently, the earthquake damageabout the reinforced concrete frame-supported short-leg shear wall structure is rare inthe domestic, so people can only refer to similar experience of irregular structuredamage. In order to reduce this kind of structure of disaster and losses to the maximumextent, it is necessary to further study the damage and seismic performance of this kindof structure in the major earthquake.The corresponding control measures for the frame-supported shear wall structurein the specification are researched and analyzed in this paper, and the author points outthat the control measures in the technical specification is unreasonable and the controleffect is not ideal. According to the anti-seismic concept design idea: the storeys underthe transfer layer are not the first to yield, the author puts forward some suggestions forimprovement. The main contents in the paper are as follows:(1) The static and dynamic elastic-plastic analyses on different equivalentstiffness ratio of the low-level frame-supported short-leg shear wall structure have been done respectively, through the analyses of structural floor shear force and deformationbetween layers, the author observes the corresponding damage parts and clearly putsforwardâ… ,â…¡,â…¢ three kinds of failure mechanism. At the same time points out thatthe structures of the latter two types of failure mechanism are similar in the bearingcapacity and deformation performance; this kind of low-level frame-supportedshort-leg shear wall structure, which is in accordance with the control measures ofspecification, can realize reasonable failure mechanism.(2) Under the condition of specification requirements, the frame-supportedshort-leg shear wall structure with different transfer layer is analyzed. According to thediscipline of deformation and damage, it shows that with the increase of the transferlayer’s location, intensive deformation occur in the structure and the overalldeformation of structure becomes poor. It can’t be guaranteed that the structure whichis in accordance with the idea of controlling stiffness ratio in specification has areasonable failure mechanism.(3) According to the front analyses, and aiming at the disadvantages of the current"technical specification" in the calculation diagram of equivalent stiffness ratio and thecontrol target, etc. The new formula to determine the equivalent stiffness ratio limit isproposed, which is based on new control target and considering some factors. It aims atensuring the stiffness of the frame-supporting storey is not low and better achieving thereasonable failure mechanism. |
