| As the road has beening developed for a long time after the reform andopening-up,the mileage of high-speed road increases close to100thousands km.So thesituation of asphalt pavement cracking become more sticking out in the west of ourcountry with the strong ultraviolet light.At prsent,so many researchs show thatultraviolet light can make the droping of the asphalt penetration and ductility,theinreasing of the softening point.However the studies on the asphalt mixture under UVeffect is very lack. Some researchs are just about the commom function of the asphaltmixture,there is litte about the cracking of the asphalt pavement under the ultravioletlight. So the paper will do resreach in the ultraviolet light’s effection to the asphaltpavement cracking and the life of the asphalt pavement cracking under some differentcommon temperature and gradations.This paper use the AC-13gradation across ratio near the middle number of thestandard,at the same time,design another two gradationsWith increasing coarse particles.Make the impact of ultraviolet light with the UVenvironmental box.Then make the split test,bending test and the resiliennt modulusexperiment at the different temperatures of-10℃,0℃and15℃. With analyzing theultraviolet light effect to the report,to find out that asphalt mixture strength willdrop,modulus will increase,the tensile limit strain will drop.all of this happen at anytemperatures and any type of gradations.After all,it illustrates that ultraviolet lightageing do damage to the asphalt mixture, with making it adhesion decrease as well asthe deformation capacity.As a result, the function of resisting cracking bacome bad.Based on the cracking mechanics theory,build up the Abaqus pavement model by the parameters coming from the experiments.Work out the feild of the stress and strainat the cracking pavement model by the fem theory. Then we can get the key parameter(factor K).At last,obtain the other key parametersof cracking by the formula of Lytton.Based on the model of Paris, calculate the lifes of the asphalt pavment cracking byinteraling the formula. Results after analyzing tell us that the asphalt pavment crackingfactor K will increase after the ultraviolet light ageing.it shows that the stress at thefeild of cracking become more centralizing.The factor A of cracking has been changeda little,but it depends on the different gradations. However the factor n will increaseobviously.After all we can get that the life of the asphalt pavement cracking willdecrease after the ultraviolet light ageing.and we can knowWhich is the best gragation at the high cracking age after the ultraviolet light ageing. |
