| In blazing south area the solar radiation is stronger and lasts long in summer,therefore the building have higher demand in heat protection and sun shade. Sealedinsulating glass with bling inside combined blind with insulating glass, it have heatinsulation, shading, adjust the daylighting performance and so on, so it can better meetthe architectural design requirements of window in the hot summer and warm winterarea,and also in the hot summer and cold winter area.In this paper, heat transfer theory and thermal technique of building is used toanalyze the basic heat transfer process of sealed insulating glass with blind inside, forwhich a simple mathematical model is established.It provide a theory method forcalculating the thermal performance of the sealed insulating glass with blind inside,such as heat transfer coefficient,shading coefficient. What is more, got its heat transfercoefficient, shading coefficient and visible light transmittance combine experimentaltest with numerical simulation. The results showed that when the built-in blind is putaway the heat transfer coefficient is2.73W/(m2k), shading coefficient is0.86; and theheat transfer coefficient is1.83W/(m2k), shading coefficient is0.15when the built-inblind is closed. It indicate that the sealed insulating glass with blind inside has good heatinsulation performance, shading performance. It can realize different shading effect byadjusting the built-in blind, and improve the indoor thermal and optical environment.Secondly establish three test rooms, contrastive study the indoor thermal andoptical environment with three kind windows whicw are insulating glassã€Low-Einsulating glass and insulating glass with blind inside. In Xiamen which is a typical cityof hot summer and warm winter area, test the indoor thermal and optical environmentparameters of the three test rooms include temperatureã€relative humidityã€lightingcoefficientã€reflectance and illuminance. The results showed that the sealed insulatingglass with blind inside building indoor temperature mean low1~2compared with other two kinds glasses, and humidity is little difference. The sealed insulating glasswith blind inside building indoor illuminance value is low when the built-in blinde isclosed, but it can improve the uniformity of the indoor daylighting and reduce indoorglare.Finally, use the dynamic energy simulation software DeST, establish a typicaloffice building model, calculate the energy of the building whitch respectively useinsulating glassã€Low-E insulating glass and insulating glass windows with blindinside(built-in blind is put awayã€built-in blinde is closed). Combine with buildingorientation contrastive analysis the energy saving effect of different window. Thesimulation results showed that the cooling energy consumption respectively is179.5ã€177.44ã€174.2ã€174.86(put away)ã€152.82(closed)kW h/m2when the building isSouth-North Orientations,and annual energy consumption respectively is188.91ã€185.36ã€182.5ã€180.38(put away)ã€162.27(closed)kW h/m2. And when the buildingis Eset-West Orientations, the cooling energy consumption respectively is192.81ã€190.43ã€186.12ã€187.34(put away)ã€158.14(closed)kW h/m2and annual energyconsumption respectively is201.99ã€198.14ã€194.17ã€192.7(put away)ã€167.53(closed)kW h/m2.This paper also analysis the economy and practicality of insulating glass windowswith blind inside. It provide a reference for the designers and users in cost control oruseing. |
