Based On PLC Condensing Gas Boiler Heating System’s Research And Implementation

In northern China, due to low winter temperatures, concentrated urban settlementsbasically use central heating. The automation degree of traditional coal-fired boiler heatingis not high, and it has a serious pollution. With the enhancing of production level,environmental awareness, gas development and pipeline transport infrastructure, cleanenergy is increasingly being recognized, and its advantage is gradually revealed itself.Environmentally friendly and energy saving gas heating has been more widely used in thecountry, especially in the gas-fired central heating boiler room.This paper focuses on studying the electric control of condensing gas boiler heatingsystem, completes the overall design of the system. In this system, high degree automatedPLCS7-300is the main controller. It monitors the heating system’s flow, temperature,pressure and other physical quantities. The system uses energy-saving drive inverter tocontrol the pump, and uses software configuration king to design monitoring interface. Inorder to improve the control effect of the system, we introduced the fuzzy PID control, anduse SIMULINK toolbox to simulation analysis. Meanwhile, we studied the reliability of thecommunication system, completed the commissioning of the system.In this paper, the control system is designed with the principles of safety,cost-effectivity, human harmony and optimize management. The control system realizesthe control of the entire heating system automatically, which completes the monitor of thegas heating boiler and heat exchanger stations. The system meets the heating needs of theentire district in winter. After the actual verification, the control system is stable andreliable.
