EMU Air Conditioning Control System Based On Train Control Network

The composition, internal structure and working principle of CH3High-speed EMU, and how does it exchange data and thus be controlled logically by train controlling network are mainly discussed in this paper, and also take a extensively study on the design, assembling, commissioning and maintenance of air-conditioning system through the through the platform of CRH3high-speed EMU on design and manufacturing, application and maintenance.Modular passenger compartment air-conditioning unit, modular cab air-conditioning unit, mixing box, duct systems, waste discharge systems, pressure protection system, the air heater of porch area and platform and control cabinet of air-conditioning system are consisted the air-conditioning system of CRH3EMU. In the system, fresh air is provided, exhaust gas discharged, air heated or cooled for passenger compartment and the cab, air transmitted and distributed, fresh air filtered preliminarily, mixed gases filtered, pressure protected for fresh gas and exhaust gas, and emergency ventilation and regulation realized through such different modes as Standard Mode, Off Mode, Emergency Off Mode, Ready Mode, Cleaning Mode and Simplified Mode. The communication among the air-conditioning unit, central control unit CCU and HMI can be realized by the MVB bus which can also connect the each air-conditioning controlling unit and train controlling network. The monitor coordination control and trouble shooting of air-conditioning system can be realized by the controlling system. A lot of key and valid data for the further localization of the air-conditioning system are provided in the research of air-conditioning system of CRH3EMU.
