The Study Of The Modern Rural Landscape Design Based On Ideas Of Creating Traditional Village Landscape

Traditional village is the interplay of harmonious coexistence between human andnature. In the long process of the formation of the village, people enhance the livingenvironment, which could produce fertile landscape design ingenuities. Especially, with theeconomic development and social modernization, traditional village landscapes havechanged dramatically and entered the modern period of transition in China. Thus it isindubitable that the urbanization trend and rural modernization would be graduallyaccelerating. However, we should not turn a blind eye to the homogenization of villagelandscapes due to the institutional, economic and other complex factors such as lack thecorrect understanding of the environment and the rational design concept. Consequently,traditional village landscapes would lose their glamor.Confronted with such urgent issues, we aim at both modernization of village andprotection village landscapes of culture and values through extracting the positive elementsfrom traditional village, combining with the contemporary landscape design methodology.Article is divided into four sections.First of all, it will present the epistemology of traditional villages and landscapes to analyzethe basic connotation of landscape construction thought of the customary village necessityof transformation from the ecology view, the shape view, emotionalism of the affection andesthetic sentiment four dimensions. Then, taking the villages near Beijing as the examples,it will discuss specifically the traditional villages in China. Thirdly, it will discuss criticallyvillage landscape transformation. Besides, the third part will identify various problemsduring village landscape transformation and analyze in-depth the causes and effects such asunder the background of urbanization, with the relocation of the village there were changesin the rural economic structure and cognition level of villagers ’ modern life, which couldmake the village landscape patterns disordered, and that the structure disturbing. Then itmight embody the significance of the establishment of modern rural landscape based on thetraditional villages and landscape. Finally, provide the values to build the new villagelandscapes from traditional village landscapes epistemology. It will put forward specificexpressions of landscape design of the modern village of both external and internal aspects.
