| The low-speed modeling design method for high pressure compressorhas carried on the detailed research, and it mainly studies the similarityprinciple that high speed compressor internal flow field similaritytransformation need to followed. The design method of modeling at lowspeed compressor used to simulate high pressure compressor flow field hasbeen established. This thesis studies the flow field characteristics of thelow-speed compressor and contrastive analysis the similarity of the highand low speed compressors flow field, based on this study and analysis,this thesis set up a systematic working flow that includes high and lowspeed modeling design-flow field analysis-performance improvement, andit enrich the research method of high pressure compressor internal complexflow.The research object is a typical high pressure compressor, while thecompressor with design speed has a defect that the operating range isnarrow, previous studies have shown that tip leakage flow and flowblockage of first stage rotor are the main causes of the stall. In order tovalidate the expansion effect of casing treatment under the low-speedcondition experiment, inlet guide vane and first stage rotor are selected forlow-speed modeling design, and the related research on the casingprocessing is based on this design.First, sort out and analyze the domestic and overseas researchcontents, according to pneumatic and structure characteristics of theresearch object, this paper summarizes the low-speed modeling designprinciple that is appropriated for this compressor, and it lays a foundationfor modeling design; Secondly, according to the above modeling design principle this thesismakes a modeling design for the high-speed prototype compressor, andmakes a detailed contrast verification for the flow field structure of thehigh and low speed compressors, the results show that high and low speedcompressors have aerodynamic similarity, and near stall mechanism is alsosame, simultaneously, this research verifies the feasibility of the casingtreatment expanding stall margin experiment on the low-speed compressor.Finally, this research use casing treatment technology of Arc-CurveSkewed on high and low speed compressors respectively, the numericalresults show that the casing treatment structure has same mechanism ofaction on high and low speed compressor, they all have the potential toexpand stall margin. |
